Its affiliate Cocciardi Nominees Pty Ltd “CNPL” specialises in Digital project management and more specifically the delivery of Building Information Modelling and Facility Maintenance and Management.

Cocciardi Holdings Pty Ltd and Cocciardi Nominees Pty Ltd hereby advise that there is no longer any association with BRI Microfine Pty Ltd and ARX Gold Corporation or any of their affiliates. Cocciardi Holdings Pty Ltd or Cocciardi Nominees Pty Ltd will never again provide any services to either BRI Microfine or ARX Gold Corporation or any of their affiliates. Any statements made by either BRI Microfine or ARX Gold Corporation or any of their affiliates to the contrary are false.

Both BRI Microfine Pty Ltd and ARX Gold Corporation have repeatedly distributed and published material suppplied by Cocciardi Holdings Pty Ltd and Cocciardi Nominees Pty Ltd without concent or authority and have repeatedly refused to remove such information from the public domain. In particular internal project review briefs published on the SEC Site EDGAR were not authorised for such publication and were never intended for such publication.
